We are looking for owners with quality locations who offer great service and have a desire to grow their business. Owners interested in attracting more vacation, leisure and overnight business and who want to create a competitive advantage in their marketplace.

KOA Partnership Facts and Process

1. Contact KOA to determine if a franchise is available for your location.
2. With your permission we will visit your campground at no cost or obligation to answer your questions, detail a KOA branding plan designed to fit your business.
3. KOA’s requirements are based on good business practices and vary based on location and style of operation.
4. If you are satisfied with the details of a KOA partnership, a franchise will be offered at a one-time investment of $11,250.*
5. The following items are provided by KOA as part of the franchise:
   1. Entrance sign customized to your facility, and other campground signage to help brand your operation.
   2. Training for up to two people at our KOA-U
   3. On site training by KOA consultants
   4. KampSight, KOA’s proprietary management software for registration, phone reservations, internet reservations, point of sale, accounting interface and integrated credit card processing.
6. KOA provides free instant internet reservations, which account for over $35 Million in registration annually.
7. KOA offers a wide range of technology and marketing programs that provide immediate national exposure and business for your campground.
8. KOA’s software allows for a “data base exclusion”. We understand that you have invested heavily in developing a loyal customer base, and even though these campers would be offered all KOA programs, you would never be obligated to pay fees associated with their camping stays on your campground.
9. KOA Guarantees Satisfaction

*Ongoing franchise fees include an 8 percent royalty, and a 2 percent advertising fee used for marketing programs which add to the recognition and success of KOA Kampgrounds. KOA franchise fees are based solely on site registration revenue. No fees are paid on store sales, propane, food service, etc.
